The corresponding order was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The new deputy akim was introduced on March 26 by the head of the office of the presidential representative in the Jalal-Abad region, Manas Bazylbekov.
Previously, the position of first deputy akim of the Suzak district was held by Asylbek Yuldashev. He submitted a resignation letter of his own accord.
Barchynbek Azatbekovich Zhantoroев was born on November 23, 1975, in the village of Ak-Mechit in the Kara-Darya ayil district of the Suzak region in the Jalal-Abad region.
He currently holds the class rank of advisor of the municipal service of the 2nd class.

Work Experience
B. Zhantoroев's professional career began in 1995 and spans over 29 years of experience in financial and administrative structures.
Work in the Office of the Presidential Representative in the Jalal-Abad region: He progressed from chief specialist to head of the sector (2012 — present). Since May 2024, he has held the position of leading specialist.
From 2015 to 2019, he served as the head of the office of the city mayor of Jalal-Abad.
He worked for a long time in the regional finance department, progressing from a 1st category specialist to head of department (2001–2008).
He worked as an inspector in the State Tax Service of the Suzak district and as chief accountant in medical institutions in the region.
Language proficiency: Fluent (erkin) in Kyrgyz and Russian. He has a "Kyrgyztest" certificate at level C1 (high). He also speaks and understands Uzbek fluently and has basic knowledge of English.
