The Republican Center for Health Promotion urges citizens to start the New Year with a focus on health, offering several simple yet effective habits that can help improve overall well-being and increase energy levels.
As noted by the center, the New Year holidays are a suitable time to rethink one’s lifestyle and take the first steps toward healthier habits.
Experts recommend the following actions:
- Morning exercises. Just 5–10 minutes of light workouts can significantly boost vigor and tone.
- Proper hydration. Drinking a glass of water in the morning positively affects skin condition, metabolism, and energy levels.
- Walks in the fresh air. Just 30 minutes of walking daily strengthens the immune system and improves mood.
- Increased consumption of vegetables and fruits. These healthy foods should form the basis of every meal.
- Quality sleep. A regular schedule and at least 8 hours of sleep contribute to maintaining emotional balance and productivity.
- Reducing sugar intake. It is recommended to replace sweets with fruits and healthy snacks.
- A day without gadgets. This time can be dedicated to family, reading, or hobbies.
The center also emphasized the importance of a gradual approach: it is recommended to start with 1-2 habits and add new ones as you get used to the changes.
“Every small effort is an investment in your health,” the specialists concluded.
