The delegation of Kyrgyzstan familiarized itself with the experience of training personnel and the application of digital technologies in Russian clinics.

On February 9, Minister of Health Kanibek Dosmambetov, along with a delegation, visited several leading medical and educational institutions in Moscow, Russia.

During the visit, the minister familiarized himself with the methods of training medical professionals, the organization of highly specialized care, and the implementation of modern diagnostic and treatment technologies that could be beneficial for the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the Ministry of Health, the delegation visited five medical institutions covering various fields, including medical education, cardiovascular surgery, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as digital and robotic technologies.

The first stop on the agenda was the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov, where the delegation studied educational programs, the training of future doctors, the university and clinic infrastructure, as well as practice-oriented training integrated with clinical and scientific activities.

As part of the visit to clinical departments, the delegation got acquainted with the neurology center, where telemedicine technologies and remote patient consultations were demonstrated. Additionally, robotic surgery using the Da Vinci system was showcased in real-time.

The delegation also visited leading scientific and medical centers in Russia, including the A.N. Bakulev Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, where methods for diagnosing and treating complex cardiovascular diseases were presented; the V.I. Kulakov Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology, specializing in maternal and reproductive health; and the N.N. Blokhin Cancer Research Center, one of the largest oncology centers with modern diagnostic and treatment technologies.

At the V.I. Kulakov Center, Minister Dosmambetov learned about the organization of obstetric-gynecological and perinatal care, as well as the system for training medical personnel, where Kyrgyz specialists are educated.

The minister emphasized the importance of the experience gained for the development of the national healthcare system, particularly in the areas of personnel training, the implementation of high-tech methods, and the improvement of specialized medical services.

Additionally, the delegation visited a modern private multidisciplinary clinic in Moscow, where they studied the organization of medical care and management processes. Special attention was given to the work of the oncology service, laboratory, pathomorphology, pediatric rehabilitation, and the implementation of digital solutions. The minister noted that the experience of the private sector could significantly enhance the efficiency and digitalization of medical services.
