The Cabinet of Ministers has made amendments to the resolution dated August 19, 2024, No. 481, concerning the establishment of the Emergency Medical Service (Medical Service) under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic. The changes were signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, on January 31, 2026, in accordance with resolution No. 51.

The purpose of the amendments is to optimize the use of military medical equipment of the Emergency Medical Service, which aligns with Articles 13 and 17 of the constitutional law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic."

The innovations include expanding the powers of the Emergency Medical Service, allowing it to provide medical assistance to the civilian population in peacetime. This will be carried out using medical vehicles and a mobile hospital, and if necessary, with the involvement of medical personnel, which requires prior coordination with the authorized state body in the field of civil protection for the implementation of medical and sanitary support activities.

The implementation of the new resolution will occur within the staffing levels and budget allocated for state bodies for the relevant year.

This document comes into force from the moment of its official publication.
