During the screening, 40,942 cases of hepatitis B, 23,039 cases of hepatitis C, and 1,067 cases of hepatitis D were identified among all those tested.
Citizens with negative test results receive free vaccinations, while those with positive results are referred for treatment at family medicine centers, Kadyraliev added.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Center for Electronic Health, an integrated registry of patients with viral hepatitis has been implemented, which is linked to the electronic outpatient card, and over 260,000 records have been entered into it.
To enhance the level of prevention:
- about 2,000 primary healthcare workers have been trained;
- an information campaign has been implemented through state channels;
- more than 2 million citizens have received SMS notifications;
- jointly with the National Agency for Religious Affairs, informational work has been conducted with 2,039 imams;
- videos, posters, and audio announcements have been distributed;
- in 2025, preventive measures reached over 1.5 million people.
