As of January 30, 2026, 2,072 drug names have been added to the system. A total of over 80 million packages have been put into circulation, of which 25 million have been withdrawn from circulation.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health dated December 15, 2025, a pilot module for centralized monitoring and management of medication inventories was launched, aimed at simplifying accounting and improving inventory management efficiency in healthcare institutions.
The pilot project provides for the operational visualization of medication stocks, increases the transparency of their movement and use, and creates conditions for timely identification of shortages and surpluses for management decision-making.
The project is being actively implemented, and below are the interim results of the system testing at the time of this report.

According to the Department of Medicines, the overall interim coverage is 32 names and approximately 167,223 units of material assets.
The registration and electronic document management module operates in four directions:
- medicines according to the national procedure;
- medical devices according to the national procedure;
- medicines according to the EAEU procedures;
- medical devices according to the EAEU procedures.
The message states that two modules are currently being tested within the national procedure, and the registration and document management module for medicines is in the final stage.
Kyrgyzstan is implementing a phased digitalization of the drug and medical device circulation system. Currently, an electronic database is functioning, a drug traceability system has been implemented, and a mobile application "Dary-Darmek" has been developed and launched, which is connected to the traceability system and the pricing module.
