As a result of the imposed measures, their assets in China have been frozen, and local companies and citizens are prohibited from interacting with these enterprises. Furthermore, the aforementioned individuals have been banned from entering China.
Recall that in early December, the USA greenlit the sale of military equipment to Taiwan worth $11.1 billion, which includes HIMARS rocket systems, Javelin missiles, Altius drones, and howitzers. China considers Taiwan to be its rebellious province and views any official ties with the island as a threat to its sovereignty.
