A detailed list of state electronic services by category will be compiled by next month.
Currently, the Registry, administered by the Agency for Regulation of State Electronic Services, includes 785 services offered by 56 state organizations. Due to the digitization of services, there is a need to update the registry, as some services have already been digitized but not included in the current list, and new services planned for digitization have emerged, along with changes in the names and types of services in accordance with current legislation.
The goal of updating the registry is to improve coordination between state institutions, eliminate duplication and inconsistencies in the presented information, and enhance the accessibility and efficiency of the services provided for both citizens and legal entities, as noted by the government’s Public Relations Office.
Currently, 451 services from 43 state institutions are available through 482 "HURDAN" kiosks, of which 120 are located in Ulaanbaatar and 362 in rural areas. Additionally, the Agency for Regulation of State Electronic Services manages 596 service points "HURDAN" both in the country and abroad, including 144 in the capital, 405 in the regions, and 47 in 31 foreign countries.
