Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Choro Seiitov emphasized that the goal of the draft law is to improve the system of providing state and municipal services. In particular, it is proposed to remove the requirement for mandatory approval of an administrative regulation for each service.
During the discussion, Deputy Karim Khandzheza raised the issue of the possible impact of abolishing administrative regulations on the quality of services provided to citizens.
In response, the deputy minister stated that the exclusion of regulations would contribute to more efficient use of resources, while the quality of services provided would not be compromised.
