Marco Rubio noted the successful implementation of the second agreement with the Millennium Challenge Corporation and expressed his readiness for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation in areas such as mining, energy, telecommunications, and artificial intelligence, with the aim of achieving tangible results.
It should be noted that Batzetsgeg Batmunkh also participated in the International Ministerial Meeting on Critical Minerals, which took place on February 4, 2026, during her visit to the U.S. at the initiative of Marco Rubio.
