On November 25, 2019, a ceremony was held at the State Residence to establish a monument with an inscription carved in the syllabic script – Brahmi “The inscription Khuis Tolgoi” (ХT) – a monolingual inscription in the Mongolian language, was discovered in the Bulgan aimag, Mongolia, in 1975 by Navaan Dorjpagma.
