
The investigation has established that several individual entrepreneurs — V.K., V.K., and K.S. — conspired to falsify labels and markings of goods, as well as to alter production dates and expiration dates. These counterfeit products were then used to provide food for conscript soldiers.

During the investigation, entrepreneur V.K. was detained, and a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen for her. She is charged with large-scale fraud under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The investigation is actively continuing, identifying possible accomplices in this crime. The possibility of involvement of other entrepreneurs and officials of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan, who may have facilitated these supplies or turned a blind eye to them, is being considered.
The agency noted that the investigation is under strict control and will be brought to completion.
