A scheme for supplying expired products to military units has been uncovered in Kyrgyzstan
The joint efforts of the military prosecutor's office and the Main Directorate of Military Counterintelligence of the GKNB have led to the discovery of facts regarding the supply of low-quality food products to military units in Kyrgyzstan, which do not meet contractual conditions or sanitary requirements.

The investigation has established that several individual entrepreneurs — V.K., V.K., and K.S. — conspired to falsify labels and markings of goods, as well as to alter production dates and expiration dates. These counterfeit products were then used to provide food for conscript soldiers.

The investigation is actively continuing, identifying possible accomplices in this crime. The possibility of involvement of other entrepreneurs and officials of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan, who may have facilitated these supplies or turned a blind eye to them, is being considered.

The agency noted that the investigation is under strict control and will be brought to completion.
