The police were able to identify the offender and brought him to the station. He turned out to be a man named T.A., born in 1987. A citizen named D.D. also approached the station with a corresponding statement.
A protocol was drawn up against the detainee in accordance with Article 126 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, and he was placed in a temporary detention facility.
