The enforcement proceedings for the case of LLC "Jasur-Komur" were completed by the Suzak District Department of the Enforcement Service, which collected the debt in the interests of the State Tax Service.
According to the agency's information, on September 24, 2025, the Suzak District Court made a decision to collect from the debtor an amount of 1 million 35 thousand 694 soms in favor of the tax administration of this district.
During the execution of the court order, enforcement measures were taken. As a result, the debtor fully settled the debt, and the funds were transferred to the claimant in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Enforcement Service emphasized that work to ensure the quality and timely execution of court decisions is carried out continuously and systematically.
