According to the information from the Uzgen District Department of this service, the enforcement proceedings against a resident of the rural municipality of Iyri-Suu, K. Sh. G., who is obliged to pay alimony to K. K. I. for the support of his minor children, amounting to one third of his income, have been completed.
Previously, the obligations to pay alimony were not fulfilled for an extended period, which led to the accumulation of significant arrears exceeding half a million soms. The entire specified amount was successfully recovered and handed over to the recipient in cash.
The supervisory authority emphasized that this case illustrates the successful work of the Bailiff Service in ensuring alimony obligations and protecting children's rights.
