According to the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control, raids are being conducted on the instruction of the Minister of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic, Nurdana Oruntaeva. Inspectors from the city administration are monitoring the construction process in the capital.
During the inspection conducted at the address: Jaila Baatyra Street, 50a, it was found that the developer improperly positioned the concrete pump during its use — it was located on the pedestrian sidewalk, disregarding the master plan. Additionally, a safety zone around the operating equipment was not organized, and there were no responsible persons ensuring pedestrian safety. Furthermore, representatives of the engineering and technical service were not present at the site during the work.
As a result of the inspection, the construction company LLC "Royal Construction" and the contractor were issued a written warning. In connection with the identified violations, appropriate measures have been initiated.
