Regional administrations have been instructed to prepare in advance for the possible development of natural disasters, which includes:
- risk assessment;
- strengthening early warning systems for the population;
- carrying out preventive and engineering measures in the most threatening areas.
The MES emphasizes that timely preparation and constant monitoring are key factors in reducing the risk of human casualties and material damage.
