According to law enforcement agencies, three people from the Bishkek City Department of the State Center for Vehicle Registration have been detained. This was reported by representatives of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region.
Previously, the directors of several private driving schools, B.T. and M.A., were arrested on suspicion of fictitious training of students. For this, they received amounts ranging from 40,000 to 120,000 soms through intermediary I.T. As a result, 244 students were illegally enrolled, leading to the acquisition of 2,760,850 soms.
As part of the criminal case provided for by Article 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, three suspects were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the further investigation, it was revealed that these individuals were also involved in the illegal registration of vehicles that were brought into the country with forged documents. These actions were carried out through the State Center for Vehicle Registration, where center employees were engaged in fictitious entry of information into registration databases and registering vehicles using forged certificates.
The investigation established that the main specialist S.D. and specialists K.U. and U.A., born in 1997, were involved in the illegal activities.
All mentioned individuals were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
