According to the findings of the expert examination, the detainees were spreading materials related to extremist and terrorist organizations.
Based on the collected evidence and the experts' conclusions, a criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 332 "Preparation and Distribution of Extremist Materials" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, operational investigative actions are ongoing.
The detainees.
As a result of operational-search activities, D. G., born in 1994, and Y. B., born in 1999, were detained. The court has ruled to place them in custody.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this case.
