According to the investigation, the coordination of actions was carried out from outside the country. One of the organizers in Uzbekistan received instructions from a person located in Kyrgyzstan.

The couriers were provided with the geolocation of the stash, indicating the distribution of drugs for retail sale in other areas of the region.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at least 94,470 single doses of drugs did not reach consumers. The seized hashish has been included in the materials of the criminal case as physical evidence.

A criminal case has been initiated against the detainees under part 5 of Article 273 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan, concerning the illegal sale of narcotic substances on a large scale. The sanction of this article provides for a punishment of imprisonment for a term of 10 to 20 years.

Investigative actions are ongoing.
