The driver involved in the accident has been detained
A traffic accident occurred in the capital's "Jal" microdistrict, resulting in the death of a pedestrian. Law enforcement agencies in Bishkek reported the detention of the suspected perpetrator of the accident.
The police clarified that the information about the death of a schoolboy is not true.
According to police data, the driver, identified as S.K., born in 1990, while driving a "KIA K5" vehicle, hit the pedestrian F.A., born in 2004, at 7:30 AM. She died at the scene of the incident.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
