According to the data, the driver, born in 1990 and named S.K., was driving a KIA K5 car while heading north on Tynalieva Street. During a left turn, he hit the pedestrian F.A., born in 2004, who was crossing the road in an easterly direction.
Unfortunately, the girl died at the scene from her injuries.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 312 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning violations of traffic safety rules and vehicle operation. The driver has been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the car is at a specialized impound lot, and necessary examinations have been appointed.
