The detection of the offense occurred thanks to the use of modern technologies for securing the state border.
During monitoring of the border area near the village of Dobo, suspicious activities of several individuals were noticed, who, having set up wooden supports near the engineering barriers, were attempting to throw bags of rice into the territory of the neighboring state.
Upon receiving real-time information about the situation, a rapid response team was dispatched to the scene. As a result of operational actions, three citizens of Kyrgyzstan were detained:
— T.S.N., born in 2006, and S.E.D., born in 2006, both from the village of Chon-Talaa;
— K. uulu A., born in 2004, a resident of the village of Buzhum.
During the inspection of the scene and the Opel Astra vehicle, 32 bags of rice of the "Ak-Turpak" variety were found.
After the necessary procedural documents were drawn up, the detainees and the seized cargo were handed over to the competent authorities for further investigation in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
