Neighbors report the construction of apartment buildings in this area. The work is being carried out by Central Asia Invest, which is building the residential complex "Eco Park." There is also another residential complex being constructed nearby.
According to local residents, the master plan allows for the construction of buildings no taller than three stories; however, buildings up to 12-14 stories are actually being constructed, which is in close proximity to private plots.
The appeal also raises questions about safety and oversight by the authorities during the construction process.
