The damage from the transaction exceeds 3 million soms
In Bishkek, police officers detained a man who is believed to have held the position of chairman in one of the joint-stock companies. According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Department, the detained individual named T.D. is suspected of selling an elite apartment belonging to another person without legal grounds.
The investigation revealed that the victim, A.G., reported to law enforcement that on January 15, the suspect deceitfully gained her trust and sold the apartment to third parties. The mentioned property is located on Toktonalieva Street.
As part of the criminal case initiated under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, A.M., born in 1989, was also detained. He has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
