The events unfolded on February 26 around 21:30, when residents of the building at 13 Toygonbaeva Street called 102 to complain about improperly parked cars blocking the passage. At the scene, inspectors found vehicles parked under a "No Parking" sign.
One of the vehicle owners turned out to be deputy Erulan Kokulov, who, upon arriving at his vehicle, expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the patrol officers and declared his status as "untouchable".

Despite his words, UPSM employees drew up a protocol for the violation, emphasizing that the law is mandatory for everyone, regardless of their status or position.
The agency noted that work to monitor compliance with parking regulations continues.
