An earthquake of magnitude 3.5 occurred in southern Kyrgyzstan

An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 has been recorded in the south of Kyrgyzstan, according to data provided by the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences.

According to the institute, the tremors occurred on March 2 at 18:44.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located 3 kilometers southwest of the village of Kok-Bel, 17 kilometers southwest of Ketmen-Tobo, 20 kilometers northeast of Kara-Kul, and 22 kilometers south of Toktogul.

The intensity of the vibrations was about 3.5 points in Kok-Bel and 3 points in Kara-Kul and Ketmen-Tobo.
