On August 26, 2025, a statement was received at the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamudun District from a resident of the village of Lenin. The man reported that on July 25, two acquaintances came to him asking for $12,000 for a joint venture in transporting goods. However, they did not fulfill their promises and did not return the money.
The incident was recorded as fraud, according to Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The police detained the suspect, known as A.A., born in 1991, who was placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing to identify other possible participants in the crime.
