The driver of the scooter brand "Muravey" was identified as 37-year-old M.M.S., who ran over the pedestrian O.M., born in 1978.
After the incident, the driver fled the scene of the accident but was soon apprehended by police officers. During the investigation, it was revealed that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.
Unfortunately, as a result of the serious injuries sustained from the collision, 45-year-old pedestrian O.M. is currently in a coma.
The driver has been handed over to the investigative authorities for further proceedings.
