An employee of the security department of the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was detained on suspicion of fraud, as reported by the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to preliminary data, K.U.A. fraudulently obtained a large sum of money from September to December 2025, promising to help in obtaining driver's licenses.
The funds were transferred to him via the MBank mobile application to his bank account.
A criminal case has been initiated against the suspect under the article "Fraud," and he has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
