According to law enforcement agencies, officers from the specialized service for combating extremism and illegal migration conducted operational activities, during which a citizen was identified who was engaged in the distribution of materials banned in Kyrgyzstan online.
Expertise confirmed that the detainee published content related to extremist and terrorist groups on social networks.

Based on the collected materials, a criminal case was initiated under articles concerning "Preparation and distribution of extremist materials" and "Incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional hostility" according to the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The detainee turned out to be J. uulu M., born in 1992. He is currently in a temporary detention facility.
Investigative actions are ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are working to identify other possible participants involved in the distribution of banned materials.
