The initiator of the inspection was an employee of the city department of labor, social protection, and migration, who posted relevant information on social media.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the head of this department, known as I.R., organized the collection of funds from subordinates, which were transferred to his electronic wallet. The investigation suggests that the collected money was intended for transfer to an inspector of the Accounts Chamber.
In connection with these circumstances, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Abuse of official position"). An investigation is currently underway.
