During an inspection conducted by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, violations were identified at the Toktogul road maintenance enterprise in the Jalal-Abad region.
The Land and Water Supervision Service has already filed a lawsuit based on the results of the inspection.
It was found that the asphalt concrete plant of this enterprise was extracting surface water using a pipe with a diameter of 20 mm. In accordance with resolution No. 222, a claim amounting to 58,320 soms was issued for this violation.
Furthermore, despite the use of water resources, the enterprise did not fulfill its obligations to make timely payments for the necessary fees.
