According to law enforcement data, on March 17 at 01:00, K.A. reported to the district police department that his son K.N. had been forcibly placed in a car and taken in an unknown direction in the yard of one of the houses in the "Alamedin-1" microdistrict.
A criminal case has been initiated in connection with this incident under Article 165 (kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the following suspects were detained: M.N. (born in 2006), Y.F. (also born in 2006), I.R. (born in 2007), and the minor A.R. (born in 2009).
The investigation established that the kidnapping was committed for the purpose of debt collection.
Three of the detainees have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department, while a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave has been chosen for the minor A.R.
The investigation is ongoing.
