International medical experts also report that Kyrgyzstan has made significant progress in reducing mortality from lung diseases. International forums emphasize that the mortality rate has decreased by 26%, making the country a model for other states in the region in the field of prevention and control of respiratory diseases.
Experts noted that the achieved successes have been made possible through the effective work of the Ministry of Health, the development of national initiatives, international partnerships, and active educational efforts with the population.
Nevertheless, there is a need to implement new approaches to the treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases. It is important to strengthen control over respiratory infections and allergic reactions, as well as to follow international recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
