At the same time, Polina Lurye's lawyer insisted on the immediate enforcement of the court's decision, pointing out that her client, as the new owner, is deprived of the opportunity to use the apartment.
The court, taking the situation into account, noted that the singer would not have problems finding new housing, as she owns two plots of land and a house with an area of 363 square meters. It should also be considered that Larisa Dolina's daughter is the owner of an apartment in the Moscow region. All these circumstances formed the basis for the decision to expedite the release of the apartment.
It is worth recalling that Larisa Dolina sold her apartment, but later claimed that the transaction was made under pressure from fraudsters. The artist went to court, which declared the transaction invalid. As a result, Polina Lurye, a mother of many children, was left without an apartment and without money.

The Supreme Court of Russia previously overturned the decisions of the Khamovniki Court and the Moscow Court of Appeals in this case. During the proceedings, it became known that Dolina refused to present medical certificates, citing her status as a People's Artist of the Russian Federation. Ultimately, the court granted Lurye's complaint and confirmed her ownership rights to the apartment, sending the case for reconsideration.
