In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, changes have occurred regarding the status of a plot of agricultural land, which will now be used for the construction of an electrical substation.

The decision to reclassify 0.4 hectares of land in the Lenin district of the capital was made concerning a plot owned by the LLC "Jaz Stroy," which was previously used as irrigated farmland.

According to the official document, this plot is now classified as land intended for industry, transport, communications, and energy. This decision is based on a resolution from the Bishkek city hall and the conclusions of a commission dealing with land transformation issues.

The city hall has been instructed to update the cadastral documents, ensure proper land use, and monitor compliance with urban planning norms and sanitary standards. In the event of historical or cultural objects being discovered on this site, appropriate measures must be taken. Furthermore, if the land is not used for its intended purpose, actions for its expropriation and restoration to its previous state are provided.

This resolution will come into effect in ten days.
