The bill received approval from the relevant committee of the Jogorku Kenesh at the third stage of consideration
In the third reading, the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh dealing with labor, health, women's rights, and social issues supported the bill concerning amendments to the Law "On Medical Insurance for Citizens."
According to the new document, medical institutions are required to provide insured citizens with complete information about available medical services under the state guarantees program, the conditions for obtaining them, and the expected quality. This will help patients better understand their rights and avoid unjustified expenses.
The authors of the initiative are confident that these changes will make the healthcare system more transparent and understandable for the population, as well as increase accountability on the part of medical organizations.
