Deputy Kamila Talieva raised an important issue regarding transportation accessibility for the residents of the village of Arashan, where about five thousand people live.

According to her, local residents face daily challenges related to traffic jams. "In the morning, it is difficult for people to get to work in the city, and in the evening — to return home. On April 7th Street, where there is a flow of cars from Koi-Tash and other villages, there is no traffic light, which leads to significant congestion. The situation requires the installation of a traffic light," Talieva noted.

Additionally, the deputy emphasized the problems with public transportation. Only bus No. 12 operates in the village, making just two trips a day. Bus No. 51 only reaches the village of Tash-Moynok, even though it is only three kilometers to the center of Arashan.

Talieva reported that residents are asking to extend the route of bus No. 51. "The akimats and the village administration do not respond to requests, and it is practically impossible to contact the city hall. I received a petition with the signatures of 500 people. Here I have this petition," she added.

In conclusion of her speech, the deputy commented on the statement made by Daiyrbek Orunbekov, emphasizing that the microphone of the Jogorku Kenesh should represent the interests of the people and not serve as a personal podium for Orunbekov. Talieva also reminded everyone of her experience working as the Minister of Culture and her multiple elections as a deputy, noting that she is familiar with the process of preparing legislative proposals and studies them carefully, "as if she is cracking sunflower seeds."
