The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, in collaboration with the organization TSARKA, has launched a new project aimed at protecting citizens from financial fraud.
According to information from the agency, a memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the interested parties.
The initiative is based on international approaches that have proven effective in countries such as Japan, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
The main element of the project is the "visual pause," which involves placing models of police officers near ATMs. This measure is intended to reduce psychological pressure from fraudsters and help citizens stop, think about the situation, and make an informed decision.

According to global experience, such measures can reduce the number of financial crimes by up to 40%.
As part of this initiative, TSARKA Kyrgyzstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs aim to provide preventive protection for the financial security of the population.
