
As of January 1, 2026, there are 5,547 open vacancies in Kyrgyzstan, according to information provided by the Ministry of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The most in-demand specialties are related to skilled trades.
Currently, the unemployment rate in the country is 1.3%. There are 56,500 unemployed registered with employment services, of which 38,100 have official registration. Employment services have helped to employ 17,454 people as of 2025.
