
Now employment records can be issued in both electronic and paper formats.
According to information provided by the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, the previous rules for filling out employment records in Kyrgyzstan are no longer in effect.
The new rules allow for employment records to be maintained in two formats — electronic and paper. The choice of format is made based on an agreement between the employer and the employee.
If the employee wishes to reflect information about holding multiple positions, this can be done at their main place of work, provided that a corresponding application and a certificate from the place of secondary employment are submitted. It is also important to note that in the event of reorganization or renaming of the employer, a corresponding entry must be made in the employment record.
Furthermore, it is prohibited to paste sheets of acknowledgment, copies of orders, and other documents into employment records.
