In 2025, the amount of one-time assistance increased from 100,000 to 150,000 soms, allowing 13,331 citizens to receive these funds. This increase contributed to many families becoming more active in starting small businesses and utilizing their labor resources.
Key achievements of the program in 2025:
Within the framework of social contracts, 13,964 jobs were created, of which 90 percent are women living in rural areas.
The majority of social contracts were directed towards projects in the agricultural sector (77.7 percent), followed by the service sector (8.9 percent), manufacturing (7.3 percent), and trade (6.1 percent).
1,101 program participants took advantage of the opportunity to receive an interest-free loan of up to 200,000 soms for a period of three years to expand their businesses.
As a result of organizing paid public works, 10,716 new jobs were created, as well as 711 positions under the personal assistants program.
According to experts, this program has significantly improved the financial situation of thousands of families and increased their competitiveness in the labor market.
