A working meeting took place at the In-Flight Catering Center of the closed joint-stock company "Manas Management Company," where representatives of the joint-stock company "AeroMar," one of the leading operators in the field of in-flight catering in the CIS and Eastern Europe, gathered.

According to the press service of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan," the meeting discussed the possibilities of strategic partnership, experience exchange, as well as the implementation of modern quality standards and food safety.

During the discussion, participants addressed issues related to the development of cooperation in the production and supply of in-flight catering, the introduction of new technological solutions, and the improvement of production infrastructure.

Particular attention was paid to optimizing production processes at the in-flight catering center, as well as expanding the range of dishes in accordance with the requirements of international airlines and improving service quality.

The joint-stock company "AeroMar" has been a leader in this field for many years, providing in-flight catering for both Russian and foreign airlines. The company has high-tech production facilities, automated quality control systems, and strictly adheres to international standards, such as the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, as well as aviation safety requirements.

In addition, "AeroMar" actively develops its own culinary concepts, works with professional chefs, and regularly updates its menu, taking into account global gastronomic trends and the requests of air carriers. The company's production processes are focused on scalability, efficiency, and stable product quality.

During the meeting, participants also discussed opportunities for exchanging technological solutions and best production practices, as well as aspects of training and professional development for employees.

"According to the agreements reached, we expect an increase in the production capacity of the in-flight catering center, an expansion of the range of services, and a strengthening of positions in the regional and international aviation service markets," noted Aman Mamaev, Commercial Director of JSC "Airports of Kyrgyzstan."

Absamat Teltaev, Director of CJSC "Manas Management Company," emphasized the importance of partnering with strong international players to implement best practices and standards in the operation of the in-flight catering center. This, he said, would contribute to sustainable development and increased competitiveness of services.

In conclusion, the parties confirmed their interest in further developing professional interaction and implementing joint initiatives aimed at modernizing production capacities and improving the quality of aviation services.
