During the discussion, the participants touched upon the current state and future cooperation in the field of prevention and response to emergencies. The main focus was on joint projects aimed at modernizing the technical base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and enhancing its operational capabilities.
Issues of experience exchange in emergency medical assistance and mountain rescue operations were also discussed.
Chynbaev expressed gratitude to the Chinese side for the provided grant assistance, including firefighting equipment and mobile hospitals, noting their importance for strengthening the response system and improving the safety level of the population.
Ambassador Liu Jiangping, in turn, congratulated the minister on his new appointment and confirmed China's readiness for further development of cooperation. She also emphasized the significance of the railway project "China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan" and initiatives related to the "One Belt, One Road" program.
