The title of best male athlete in Olympic disciplines was awarded to boxer Omar Livaza. This year, he achieved significant success, finishing second at the IBA World Championship and becoming the champion of the Asian Championship (U-22).
It is noteworthy that Livaza became the first Kyrgyzstani boxer to reach the finals of the World Championship among adults.
Other contenders for the title of best athlete included wrestlers Bekzat Almaz uulu, Abdumalik Karachov, and Asan Janyshov, as well as kayaker Erlan Sultangaziev.
