Recall that on December 12, the Administrative Court of Bishkek dismissed his complaint regarding the actions of the Central Election Commission concerning the election results and possible voter bribery.
In his complaint, Abakirov argued that the court did not take into account the legal assessment provided by him and other participants regarding the facts of voter bribery related to candidate Mederbek Sakkaraev.
“The hearing on the case will take place on December 17,” the Supreme Court reported.
In his cassation appeal, the plaintiff points out the illegality of the decision of the Administrative Court. His arguments include:
- “The court could have satisfied the claim in full or in part, but instead left it unconsidered.”
- The first instance court violated Articles 95 and 100 of the Constitution, which guarantee the independence of judges and equality of the parties in the process.
- The Central Election Commission did not take into account the registered facts of voter bribery concerning Sakkaraev, which contradicts the requirements of the law “On Elections.”
- The court unjustifiably refused to summon witnesses, members of the working group of the Central Election Commission.
- The Central Election Commission did not consider all complaints about violations received during the elections.
- The resolution presented by the Central Election Commission dated December 8, 2025, was insufficiently complete, as it lacked data on the time of its drafting, and was signed by only two commission members, which raises doubts about its legitimacy.”
The oath of the newly elected deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the VIII convocation will take place on December 17.
