All detainees are suspected of committing corruption crimes. Among them:
- former land issues specialist of the Nurabad rural council, born in 1971;
- former head of the Kerme-Tuu rural council, born in 1955;
- former acting head of the Aravan district office of the State Agency for Land Resources, Geodesy, and Cartography, born in 1961;
- former head of the urban planning and architecture department of the Aravan district, born in 1984;
- technician of the individual housing construction department of the urban planning and architecture department of the Aravan district, born in 1979;
- former acting head, currently head of the department of the district office of the State Agency for Land Resources, Geodesy, and Cartography, born in 1984.
