Worked as Vice-Rector of Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, Head of the Department at Tomsk Electromechanical Institute, Deputy Director, Director of the Institute of Automation, Chief Scientific Secretary of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.

Specialist in the field of automation and electrical engineering.

Awarded medals of the USSR.

Published more than 100 scientific works.

Under his supervision, doctoral and candidate dissertations have been defended.
