The main design of the collectible silver coin "Jayran" features an image of two jayran individuals, minted using local gilding technology. At the top of the obverse side of the coin, the name of the coin "Жейрен" is indicated in Kyrgyz, and at the bottom, the Latin name of the species "Gazella Subgutturosa." The obverse side also displays the metal's fineness and weight (Ag 925/28.28) and the coin's denomination (10 som).
The reverse side of the coin features stylized images of the wildlife of Kyrgyzstan, the title of the series "Кыргызстандын Кызыл китеби," the coat of arms of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the year of issue (2013).
Since August 21, 2012, in honor of the Independence Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has issued a silver coin "Snow Leopard" with a denomination of 10 som.
On the obverse side of the silver coin "Snow Leopard," a snow leopard is depicted against a stylized mountain peak. At the top of the obverse side, the name of the coin "Ак илбирс" is indicated in Kyrgyz, along with the metal's fineness and weight (Ag 925/28.28), and at the bottom, the coin's denomination (10 som). The coin is made with the use of two Swarovski® crystal inserts.
The reverse side of the coin features a stylized image of the wildlife of Kyrgyzstan, the title of the series "Кыргызстандын Кызыл китеби" in Kyrgyz, the coat of arms of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the year of issue (2012).
Each silver coin is placed in an acrylic capsule and packaged in individual boxes with a certificate included.
